I've been using Southern Pest Control services for a few years now. This being my first actual home ownership experience outside of always renting apartments, I was absolutely determined not to share my walls with roaches or the like. Southern Pest has kept us free and clear for years now. They are always on time, and our tech "Matt" has been nothing shy of amazing. He is down to earth and friendly, professional and very courteous. He inspects everything from the outside, to the inside, to the crawl space underneath the house. And then he takes the time to clear the outside of the house of any obvious issues such as cobwebs. He'll also take the time to explain anything or make suggestions. It feels more like a friend is visiting the house to check in, instead of just your average worker trying to get paid. He talks about his family in a way that makes me feel I already know them. And he's cool with the pets, (which for my pet-loving people, we know speaks volumes). 🙂 I can't speak for everyone employed with this company, but I will say that so far, the communication and the service has never disappointed me. And also, Matt deserves a raise. 😁 I highly recommend this company!!!

Our technician, Linwood, demonstrated excellent professionalism, especially his customer service skills.
He was pleasant to talk to, and very responsive in answering our questions and concerns. He seems to really enjoy his job!!!!

Emily was thorough, knowledgeable, and informed me of services covered in my contract that I wasn't taking advantage of. I will be sure to request her for my next service.

I have been a very satisfied Southern customer for 30 years. Great company with great employees. Bryan handled my latest service call to combat sugar ants and wood roaches. He did an amazingly thorough job, already seeing the results of wood roach carcasses scattered on the pool concrete, such a beautiful sight! I highly recommend Southern!
