Southern Pest Control has been operating in the Baltimore-Washington Metroplex since 2001. We offer service plans for residential pest control, termite control, mosquito control, yard treatments, and pest control for your pets. Commons pests covered in our service plans include termites, ants, roaches, spiders, centipedes, millipedes, rats, mice, fire ants, scorpions, mosquitos, fleas, and ticks.

We run appointments from 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday and our Customer Service Department is available from 8am to 7pm Monday through Friday. Customers can also use our Online Customer Service System to schedule service appointments, check account balances, make payments, and view service history.

We schedule exact time appointments on the hour so our customers will know exactly when their technician is scheduled to arrive for their service. We value our customer’s time so we strive to make sure that our technicians arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Our Dispatch Department utilizes a customized routing and tracking system to assist our technicians in arriving on time for their appointment.

In addition, we provide affordable and comprehensive service. Our ‘Service When You Need It’ approach encourages responsible pesticide use. As a result, we reduce costs and ensure safe, effective pest control.
