I've been using Southern Pest Control services for a few years now. This being my first actual home ownership experience outside of always renting apartments, I was absolutely determined not to share my walls with roaches or the like. Southern Pest has kept us free and clear for years now. They are always on time, and our tech "Matt" has been nothing shy of amazing. He is down to earth and friendly, professional and very courteous. He inspects everything from the outside, to the inside, to the crawl space underneath the house. And then he takes the time to clear the outside of the house of any obvious issues such as cobwebs. He'll also take the time to explain anything or make suggestions. It feels more like a friend is visiting the house to check in, instead of just your average worker trying to get paid. He talks about his family in a way that makes me feel I already know them. And he's cool with the pets, (which for my pet-loving people, we know speaks volumes). 🙂 I can't speak for everyone employed with this company, but I will say that so far, the communication and the service has never disappointed me. And also, Matt deserves a raise. 😁 I highly recommend this company!!!
