We understand that everyone is very concerned about safety and taking pre-cautions to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. The Associates at Southern Pest Control are committed to taking necessary steps so that we can provide our services in a safe manner during this situation. We would like for our customers to be aware of the following.
- We have taken steps to educate our associates on what they can do as individuals to avoid contracting the virus.
- We are committed to maintaining a clean and disinfected work space at all of our offices and warehouse locations.
- All of our technicians are issued Half Face Respirators as part of their personal protective equipment. Our technicians are required to use the respirators for certain types of treatments and when working in confined spaces. Due to concerns about the virus spread, our customers can request that our technicians use the respirators when conducting inspections and performing treatments inside the customer residence. We feel that using the respirator can protect the homeowner, their home, and our technician.
- Our technicians also use 6 mm disposable rubber work gloves that are changed before each appointment. These gloves should limit any issues arising from hand contact from one of our technicians.
- Many of the services that we offer to protect your house from various pests involve treating outside the home around the perimeter of the house and in the yard. Please ask one of our customer service representatives about options to treat on the outside of your home.

Excellent customer service via phone and onsite. My service tech, Linwood was very polite , friendly and knowledgable. He was on time and ensured all my pets were safe prior to starting to spray my home. He addressed my concerns on the spot. Jared F was our technician on Friday March 14, 2025 and he was the best. I have a major fear of spiders and while his initial reason for servicing was our annual termite inspection, I asked if he could spray the perimeter of the house since it seems that the warm weather is here to stay and they (the Spiders) will begin to make their exits from their nest. Not only did he do an extensive spray he also knocked down the old webs that were around the windows and the edges of the house. He also gave me a time schedule of when I should call back for another spray. I will always request that Jared come and handle our services and you should too.Thank you Jared and thank you Southern Pest Control for making him part of your work family.

We've used Southern Pest for over 25 years and been extremely pleased. About our third year, we experienced a termite issue. SP immediately came out, repaired the damage, and implemented a mitigation strategy that has resulted in no recurrence. Ant problems have periodically occurred and SP comes out immediately to spray and lay traps. In all these years they have been prompt, courteous, and effective.

They came out got contract signed but couldnt do a complete treatment due to weather that day, technician told me i would have a call the following monday to reschedule that treatment NO CALLS yet. Now im being hounded to pay my monthly fee and they have never completed my intial contract which i paid a down payment of 96 bucks.So basically they took my money and ran.

Don’t use this company if you value customer service. Also don’t use this company if you want a proper inspection. We have used them for years and keep complaining that they don’t spend enough time inspecting under the house. They spend less than 10 mins under a 4300 sq foot house, and for years have missed a subfloor that is rotten and caving in and now having to be replaced. Called to cancel our contract because of these issues and was told that I can’t cancel because I already renewed. Said I would have to speak to a manager, and they would leave a message for her to call me. Waited 3 days and no return call, so I called again and left another message to have a manager call me, waited 6 more days with still no return call. Called again today and gave them till 5pm today to return my call or hear from my attorney. Well it’s 5pm and no call back, they obviously do not care about their customers concerns and would rather go to court than call a long time customer back to see what can be done to remedy the situation.

I have been using this company for nearly 20 years. Over time, the service has continued to get better. Lately, Dejuan has come to our house monthly to ensure we keep up the pest free standard we have had and he has been an absolute pleasure to work with.
